How does the waitlist discount system work?

We use position-based pricing to reward early supporters. Positions 1-100 are Founding Members (40% off all plans), 101-500 get Early Access (30% off), 501-1000 get Beta Access (20% off), and 1001-2000 get Growth pricing (10% off). Your discount is locked to your email the moment you join.

What happens if I miss my 24-hour invite window?

When your wave opens, you have exactly 24 hours to sign up and complete payment. If you miss this window, your position and discount tier will be given to the next person on the waitlist. We send two reminder emails (12 hours and 1 hour before expiry) to make sure you don't miss it.

When will I receive reminder emails?

Once your wave opens and you receive your invite, we'll send you two reminder emails: one at 12 hours before expiry (halfway through your window) and another at 1 hour before expiry (urgent reminder). Make sure to whitelist noreply@argustest.dev to ensure delivery.

How does wave-based access work?

We release access in waves to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Lower waitlist position = earlier access. When we open a wave, everyone in that batch receives an invite email with a 24-hour window to sign up. If spots go unclaimed, they're offered to the next people in line.

What is ArgusTest?

ArgusTest is a real-time iOS device monitoring tool designed for AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. It provides wireless screenshots, live error streams, and 20+ MCP tools to give your AI visibility into your iOS device.

How does ArgusTest work?

ArgusTest runs as a daemon on your Mac and connects wirelessly to your iOS devices. It captures device state, screenshots, logs, and crash reports, then exposes this data through MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools that AI assistants can use directly.

What are the system requirements?

ArgusTest requires macOS 12+ (Monterey or later) with Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) or Intel processor. iOS devices must be running iOS 15 or later. Your AI assistant must support MCP tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).

How many devices can I monitor?

The Pro plan includes 2 Mac licenses and 5 iOS device activations. You can deactivate devices at any time to free up slots for new devices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Device monitoring data is stored locally on your Mac by default. If you use cloud features, data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We never access your device data without your explicit permission.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our payment provider LemonSqueezy. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support@argustest.dev within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

What's the difference between Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime?

Monthly ($29/mo) gives you flexibility to cancel anytime. Yearly ($269/yr) saves you 23% compared to monthly. Lifetime ($1,399 one-time) gives you permanent access with no recurring fees.

How do I install ArgusTest?

Download the installer from your dashboard, run the install script, and activate with your license key. The full process takes about 2 minutes. Detailed instructions are in our documentation.

Do I need to modify my iOS app code?

No. ArgusTest works without any code changes to your iOS app. It monitors devices at the system level, so it works with any app including third-party apps.

Can I use ArgusTest with multiple AI assistants?

Yes. ArgusTest works with any MCP-compatible AI assistant including Claude Code, Cursor, and others. You can configure multiple assistants to use the same ArgusTest installation.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. After that, all data is permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
