2. Description of Service

ArgusTest is a macOS application that monitors iOS devices and provides real-time visibility to AI coding assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Account Registration

You agree to: provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all account activities.

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ArgusTest for personal or business use, tied to your subscription plan and device limits.

You may not: reverse engineer the software, redistribute or resell it, use it for illegal purposes, circumvent license validation, or share your license key.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Price changes require 30 days notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate laws, monitor devices without authorization, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use for competitive analysis.

10. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
